Andrew Manze steps in at the last minute this week to conduct two concerts with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra on 16 and 17 May 2019. Manze conducts the orchestra in a programme of Holst The Planets alongside Mozart Piano Concerto No.27 in B major with soloist Paul Lewis.

The concert opens with the premiere of Undulating Blue by Swedish composer Katarina Leyman, a piece inspired by water and the predominant colour of the oceans as seen from space.
